THIS REFRESHING DRINK IS SO EASY TO MAKE AND A SURE CROWD PLEASER.

You can adjust how minty, sour or spicy you like it by adjusting how much of each item you add.

Serving Size: 64 oz mason jar (so like, a lot)

TOOLS

  • Blender of some kind, I used a VitaMix

INGREDIENTS

  • 4” ginger, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup of lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

  • 1/3 cup raw honey

  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put all ingredients into a blender, fill the rest of the blender with filtered water and blend away

  • Add more honey if you want it sweeter, more lemon juice if you want it more sour, more ginger for an extra kick or more mint leaves for an fresher taste.

  • Pour into a pitcher, add in sliced lemons and fresh mint leaves
